Some dental practices guarantee that if a new patient experiences pain during their first dentist visit then the appointment is free. We too could make such an offer – an exam and x–rays never cause pain. However, such an offer still does not guarantee that the visit will be pain-free – something patients are more concerned about than cost.

At Feilding Dental Centre we respect the intelligence of our patients. We do not use gimmicky marketing strategies or “special offers”. Instead we try to ensure that all patients (not merely new ones) are treated with as little discomfort as possible.

There is a vast difference between pain and fleeting discomfort. We use special gels to numb gums before injections and we only proceed with treatment once patients are comfortably numb.
